Microsoft slammed for service policies Privacy advocates have expressed outrage at the current terms of use for Passport, which apparently grant Microsoft enormous control over customer communications, contradicting the site's privacy policy.
According to the terms of use, "by posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, submitting any feedback or suggestions, or engaging in any other form of communication with or through the Passport Web Site, you…are granting Microsoft and its affiliated companies permission to: Use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, publish, sublicense, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any such communication."

Gawd, is there anythink in the vaccuuous mind of a meandering bloggerless poser?

why, of course. and... hmmmph... maybe some original content, too.

First off, a first hand account of an anti-rally of an anti-thought dimdwiddle of a preacher man from Kansas named Fred. Now, mind you, I live in Madison, WI, a city that is among the most gay-friendly in the country. Our US Rep is Tammy Baldwin, a lesbian. Our district's state Rep is Marc Pocan, a gay man.

Here's a little guy who comes in with a posse of say... 7 people to protest the fact that the Madison School Board recently approved creating a single counselor position for highschoolers who are gay, lesbian, bisexual or questioning. Basically, someone they can talk to about their feelings without fear. Of course that equates to the raging fires of hell for Fred.

Last Monday, there were numerous counter-protests to Fred's protests. The one I went to was on the Statehouse lawn, with about a thousand other people, the respective gay and lesbian choirs, public officials who spoke and a magnificent collage of people and rainbow flags. Fred's group consisted of oh... 7 people behind a barricade.

What one hateful man can do to rile a city...
